No Refund Policy
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. This policy ensures hygiene and safety for all our customers.
Exchange Policy
We do offer size exchanges under the following conditions:
✅ Exchange is allowed only for size-related issues
✅ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact
✅ Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery
✅ Customer will bear return shipping charges
⚠️ Note: For hygiene reasons, panties and combo sets that include panties are non-exchangeable.
